MacPhee Interiors Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel any appointment with a MacPhee Interiors team member. If less than 24 hours is provided, you will be billed 50% of the total appointment fee unless the time can be re-booked for another client. No show appointments are billed the full appointment fee.

Short-Term Rental Consultation
Fee: $250

2-hour consultation includes written report of an existing or future short-term rental property. We will review what is working, what isn’t, and provide recommendations for updates and repairs, furniture selection and arrangement, amenities, etc. to ensure that your rental property is equipped and ready for guests. This can be a great Do-It-Yourself option or the first step to your full-service solution.

NOTE: Consultation does not include furniture plans, shopping list, or reference images for finishes, furnishings, or décor – available for an additional charge

Concept Design Services
Fee: $100/hour

Provides a concept of the overall theme and style of each room through a visual pdf of inspiration images of furnishings, accessories, and other accents.

Décor Installation & Styling Services
(pricing varies)

Not sure how to set up your short-term rental property? With our installation services, we will arrange and style the items that you have purchased for your space to properly showcase the space both for photos, as well as function. This may include decorative accessories, artwork, bedding, and small furniture. Not sure that you have everything that you need? We can help to fill in the gaps by selecting and purchasing the items on your behalf or provide you with an outline of the missing items for you to purchase.

NOTE: Décor installation services do not include furniture assembly or moving of large furniture items. Décor installation services do not include construction or permanent structure/finish installations. Pricing will vary and will be billed hourly. Number of hours and number of team members required will affect pricing.

Photography Consultation
Fee: $250

We will schedule, coordinate, and oversee your photoshoot to ensure that the key photos are captured to highlight the features of your listing. Pricing does not include photographer services.

Guest Welcome Book
Fee: $250

We will create a custom guest welcome book for your short-term rental that includes a house manual, guide to staying at your property, and features local amenities, restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions for guests.

Turnover Rental Reset Services

Turnover rental reset services can be customized to your team’s needs, from on-site reset training, to creating a turnover handbook, training video creation, or setting up a turnover app and software.

Strategic Pricing Analysis
Fee: $250

We will provide a market analysis and create a dynamic pricing strategy for your short-term rental.

Rental Platform Listing Creation
Fee: $250

Includes the creation of your short-term rental on one (1) short-term rental platform (of your choice). Includes uploading photos, creating an engaging title, description, and setup of the dynamic details such as availability, access details, and more.

Short-Term Rental A-Z Set-Up Services Package

Following the Short-Term Rental Consultation, we will customize and set up your short-term rental from top to bottom. Services include custom concept design, shopping, furniture assembly and installation, staging and styling, supply set-up, platform listing creation, strategic pricing analysis, guest welcome package, photography consultation, rental reset handbook and training, and more. Each short-term rental is unique, and full-service quotes can only be provided following an initial consultation.

Note: This does not include your furnishing, décor, and supply budget, or painting, cleaning, or any other preparation of the space for furnishing. Pricing will vary and will be billed hourly. Number of hours and number of team members required will affect pricing.

Short-Term Rental Start-Up Services

If have fully prepped and furnished your space on your own and feel it is ready for the short-term rental market, we can jump in here and get you going with our start-up service. This service includes creating the platform listing, creating a house manual, photography coordination, and hiring and training Turnover Professionals.

Short-Term Rental Co-Hosting Services
(pricing varies)

Co-Hosting is a monthly service of listing monitoring and post management, including tweaks and adjustments to improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and ensure your listing is receiving the maximum exposure. We will refresh and update the listing for seasonal or special events. We will be the point of contact for your short-term rental, handle guest inquiries and requirements, and oversee the turnover process.
