Trina’s solution-focused approach will provide you with the direction and tools that you need to prepare your home for sale, redesign or refresh your current home, or set-up a beautiful short-term rental.

Trina has the training to support her passion. Her extensive education combined with her real estate experience means she understands the market. Trina has been in and out of hundreds of homes. She knows what buyers are looking for and how to prepare and stage the presentation of your home so that you maximize equity, sell quickly, and for top dollar. Her extensive knowledge of buyer behaviors allows you to anticipate, address, and avoid negative buyer perceptions, before your home is listed.

Trina has moved many times, from the west to the east coast and back again, and she truly understands the preparation, time, and work required in the home-selling and relocating process. Combined with her Residential Transition Specialist certification, she can assist you through the whole process from the initial planning, staging for sale, packing, moving, and redesigning and staging to live in your new home.

Trina loves to spend time with family and friends on her days off. A few of her favorite things include pets, cooking, playing cards and board games, attending dinner theatre and stand-up comedy events, travelling, and of course, Netflix and chilling with a glass of red wine.
